I designed, formatted and arranged the printing of This Won't Hurt - A History of the Hospitals of Lichfield as my contribution to a successful fund-raising community project for Samuel Johnson Community Hospital. It's a narrative and anecdotal history of the hospitals in and around Lichfield from1850 to the present day; St Michael’s Hospital, Victoria Hospital, St Matthew’s Hospital and Hammerwich Hospital.
It was produced with financial support from the Lichfield Conduit Lands Trust. All profits have been donated to Friends of Samuel Johnson Community Hospital and the book was published to coincide with the centenary of the death of Florence Nightingale.
